If you want to learn the technical basics of dancing in heels, work the floor, dance a choreography to reconnect with your body and energy,

In my classes, I'll speak in French and English, always with my Italian accent :)

Don’t forget to bring knee pads (if you have them) or leggings, and, most importantly, your radiant smile!
