I am a Coach, Choreographer, and Dancer.

Believing in myself, working on my mindset, and loving my craft have brought me here. Growing up in a small Sicilian town with limited opportunities, I discovered my passion for dance at the age of five.

Instead of playing with dolls, I spent hours copying dancers on TV. Recognizing my dedication, my mother enrolled me in a dance school, and I trained in various styles like ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, flamenco, and more.

My childhood was filled with competitions, winning numerous awards across Europe. A pivotal moment came when the artistic director of a renowned dance academy offered me a scholarship to study in Milan. At 18, I moved north, far from my family, balancing work as a waitress with intense training at Modulo Factory Academy to get my diploma in all sectors as a choreographer and dancer.

Despite securing significant dance roles in Italy, the industry's physical pressure stifled my self-love and authenticity. Facing personal and professional challenges, I decided to change everything. I began studying psychology and mindset, applying what I learned to myself and others. Gradually, I learned to love myself and be free from others' judgments.

At 22, I moved to Belgium with just a suitcase and €100, speaking only Italian. Determined and passionate about dance, I carved out my space, learned the language, and worked across Europe. My notable performances include X-Factor London, The Voice in Belgium and Italy, Eurovision, Starmaker, Danse avec les Stars, Just Dance in Paris, and tours with artists like Kate Ryan, Natalia, Oscar and the Wolf, Hadise, and many other artistic projects, theater productions, and major events.

As a choreographer, I've worked on projects like Kate Ryan's tour, Drag Race Belgium, opening for Starmaker, and various music videos and artist projects. Teaching has always been my passion, and since the age of 15, I've instructed various dance styles. I later specialized in heels and commercial dance, training with masters in Europe, New York, and Los Angeles.

For nearly 10 years, I've developed my brand, Heels & Confidence, blending dance technique on heels with mindset coaching. I travel the world to teach masterclasses at the biggest schools in Europe. My classes focus on mastering heels technique and finding happiness through self-love and authenticity, encouraging reconnection with the body and energetic balance. I also created the first heels formation in Belgium, the first international heels event, and the first heels company in Belgium. Additionally, I have a program called Commercial & Confidence, which combines my knowledge of commercial dance with coaching, open to all levels, anyone who wants to elevate their skills to a professional level, and also to professional dancers who want to grow and train hard. My coaching is open to all ages, genders, and levels, guiding even professional dancers to achieve their goals.
